Olumide Olufemi

Olumide has over 3 years of diverse experience in the corporate and NGO sectors with a strong passion for enhancing people-experience throughout every stage of the employee lifecycle. Her focus is on providing exceptional experiences and fostering inclusive and supportive work environments where people have the necessary tools and resources to thrive.

Currently pursuing a Master’s in Social Sciences, she joined BFF as a Working Student in People & Culture to support the people at the forefront of BFF’s mission.

She’s also deeply passionate about sustainability and driven by the belief that we have a collective responsibility to leave the world better for future generations.
