Carlota Ruiz-Bautista
Carlota joined our team with 10 years of experience in energy and environmental law and policy, strategic litigation, and campaign development at the Instituto Internacional de Derecho y Medio Ambiente (IIDMA). Her work primarily focused on shaping the energy transition and industrial decarbonisation in Spain. For the past two years, she has been actively involved with the Fair Steel Coalition as part of the steering committee, helping to develop the coalition’s strategy. Carlota works from Madrid, where she enjoys playing music, singing, and performing in small musicals in her free time.
