Nina Tramullas

Nina joined the Beyond Fossil Fuels team as Senior Media Manager in 2025. She has 15 years of experience in several countries (Spain, India, Myanmar, Germany, Iraq, Syria, Turkey and Belgium). Her work on communications and advocacy for humanitarian and climate organisations so far includes topics such as the energy transition, climate mitigation, international climate negotiations and disaster risk reduction.

As a former journalist and correspondent, Nina is passionate about online and multimedia storytelling as well as media relations and narratives. She has a keen interest in human and environmental rights, social justice and feminism.

Nina is based in Barcelona and spends a lot of time in Brussels. She holds a master’s degree in International Development and a degree in Journalism.
